The Insurance/Risk Management department is now in its fourth year at SWA.
Working nationwide, and addressing the growing needs of Insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured companies and brokerage firms, as well as companies from outside the Insurance world throughout the country, the division has become one of the largest and most successful groups at SWA.
Acting as an extension of our client companies, SWA perform a task that goes beyond finding a candidate who simply fits the stated specifications of an assignment. We spend as much time as possible learning the culture and personality of each client in order to form a comprehensive profile of the ideal candidate. We save our clients time by knowing them well enough to refer only the most highly-qualified individuals.
The department’s recruiters have close to 20 years experience between them, and each bring their own unique industry perspective, knowledge and understanding to both clients and candidates in contingency and executive-level retained searches.
